Corporation Bank donates vehicle to Akshaya Patra
Corporation Bank, Bangalore donated a mid-day meal distribution vehicle to The Akshaya Patra Foundation. This is the second time that one of India’s oldest bank has donated to the Foundation. Ajai Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director and Amar Lal Daultani, Executive Director Corporation Bank accompanied by other top officials visited Akshaya Patra to flag-off the mid-day meal delivery vehicle donated by the Bank.
MIT President visits Akshaya Patra Jaipur
Dr. L Rafael Reif – President, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), his wife Mrs. Christine Reif along with Dr. Arundhati Tuli Banerjee – Senior Director at MIT visited Akshaya Patra Jaipur kitchen recently. They spent a couple of hours visiting the kitchen facility and the process with much interest.
