The Manager- Corporate Partnerships will be a part of the Resource Mobilisation Team for ensuring continuous improvement in fundraising effectiveness and raising income, in line with fundraising targets to support and develop the organisations operational and strategic objectives only for Bangalore based projects of Akshaya Patra Foundation.

The post holder will be responsible for a target each year so as to raise and increase net income and she/he will be an effective member of the fundraising team. It is anticipated and hoped that the nature of the post will change with higher targets and responsibilities as the work continues to develop. Apart from the above roles, the post holder will have an opportunity to increase their skills and develop the job. This is very much a developmental job and the areas of responsibility will increase over a period of time.

SEM Executive 



  • Perform daily account management of pay per click campaigns of The Akshaya Patra Foundation multiple brands across key advertising platforms including Google Ad Words and Yahoo/Bing

  • Analyse, track and optimise on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

  • Conduct keyword/placement research and selection to set up new campaigns, identify keyword opportunities for existing campaigns, manage large keyword lists/placements, provide recommendations for creative/copy and campaign structure, targeting, landing pages etc.

  • Closely monitor, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results. Regularly generate daily/weekly/monthly reporting for all major metrics including goals, revenue tracking etc.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools and regularly make recommendations for improving the data available.

  • Stay ahead of the competition by analysing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.

  • Good working knowledge of SEO, SEM and excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • An understanding of most online marketing disciplines.

( Creative writing)




We are looking for a well-organised, accomplished professional having a value system aligned to social responsibility, who has experience in content development for websites. Candidates with the following qualifications should apply for the position:  Graduate or Post Graduate in English/Literature or Mass communication with excellent command over written English with minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. 

Key Work Areas:

  • Writing for the web can be a very challenging job. The tone of voice used when writing copy needs to be just right to meet the goals of a website.

  • Developing highly effective, original and targeted content for the website.

  • Working in tandem with other departments of an organisation and writing & editing creative materials for promotions, direct marketing (email, newsletter), advertisements as well as website content, etc.

  • Writing, editing and proof reading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them.

  • Proof reading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles. 

  • Check web pages finally before making them live.

  • Perform Analysis on process data and to identify areas to be improved. Identify KPIVs and KPOVs of the process and to understand and formulate solutions for improving the overall process through automation.

  • Evaluate automation solutions available in the market in the context of an NGO for the various processes in the department.

  • Negotiate with the vendors for special pricing / discount and to coordinate for purchase.

  • Implement the software solution in the department and to provide backend support to the team.

  • Perform any other activities as required by the team to aid in improving the productivity of the team.
