Campaign Overview

'A healthy body leads to a healthy mind', the ancient Roman proverb is significant even in today's contemporary world. India has slipped to the 101st position in the Global Hunger Index 2021 of 116 countries. According to the WCD ministry, over 33 lakh children in India are malnourished and more than half of them fall in the severely malnourished category. Through this campaign and with your help, I'd like to support Akshay Patra foundation to provide mid-day meals to 23 children for one year. Objectives of the campaign: 1- Address Malnutrition 2- Increase school attendance 3- Avoid classroom hunger 4- Imrove physical and mental being of children.
