Beumer Group and Akshaya Patra have partnered to serve hot, nutritious meals to children so that these meals act as an incentive to bring them to school every day. The idea is to celebrate Daan Mahotsav and experience ‘the joy of giving’ with the employees of Beumer Group from 4th October to 10th October.

Akshaya Patra is an NGO serving hygienic and nutritious mid-day meals as a part of the Indian Government’s PM POSHAN Abhiyaan (earlier known as Mid-Day Meal Programme). It feeds meals to over 2 million underprivileged children across 15 states and 2 union territories of India, every day. It is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is known to implement the world’s largest NGO-run school lunch programme.
