The first ever Great People Manager Study by Great Manager Institute has placed Akshaya Patra among the top 50 medium and large-sized organisations with excellent people management styles! The results of the study were published in Forbes India magazine’s May 10, 2019 issue.

The Institute evaluated companies through an exhaustive two-step process over a seven-month period in FY 2018-19, covering over 35,000 employees nationwide. It sought to understand people management skills through industry-related insights and qualitative feedback gathered.
