Akshaya Patra wins Gold at LACP 2014/15 Vision Awards
Akshaya Patra has won Gold at the LACP (League of American Communications Professionals LLC) 2014/15 Vision Awards in the Annual Report Competition in the non-profits category! This is Akshaya Patra’s fifth consecutive Gold at the prestigious award that drew an unprecedented number of submissions from more than two-dozen countries, validating the fierce and intense competitive spirit of the LACP Vision Awards 2014/15.
The Akshaya Patra’s Annual Report FY 2014-15 titled, “Giving Every Dream A Chance” has grabbed the 37th position out of the top 50 annual reports worldwide. It has secured a total score of 98 out of 100 points with perfect scores in Report Cover, ‘Letter To Shareholders’, ‘Report Narrative’, ‘Report Financials’, ‘Message Clarity’ and ‘Information Accessibility.’ With this Gold award it is for the fifth time that the organisation has been featured in the top 50 reports worldwide.
Reflecting the Foundation’s performance in the 2014/15 Vision Awards the jury remarked, “Overall we find this work to be outstanding. The first impression presented by this annual report is exceptional while the cover of the publication is outstanding. The work is further supported by a robust financials section that we believe is exceptional.”

The Akshaya Patra Foundation since 2011 has triumphed at the LACP Awards in the non-profit category of annual reports beating many industry giants.
Established in 2001 LACP aims to create a forum within the public relations industry that facilitates discussion of best-in-class practices within the profession simultaneously recognising those who demonstrate exemplary communications capabilities.
