Platinum at AVA Digital Awards 2015
Akshaya Patra's latest film 'The Possibilities' has been selected as the Platinum award winner of the AVA Digital Awards 2015 competition, under the category of 'Video for the web/nonprofit'!
This year the competition saw approximately 2,500 entries from 18 countries. The entries were evaluated by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals' judges to determine whether the talent of the company/individual serves as a benchmark for the industry.
The Platinum award is presented to those entries that are viewed to be the most outstanding of the competition. These winners are chosen based on their excellence of quality, creativity and resourcefulness. About 15 per cent of the total entries win this coveted award.
The Gold award is conferred to those entries that the judges deem to exceed the high standards of the industry. About 18 per cent of the entries are awarded the Gold. Finally 8 percent of the entries receive the Honourable Mention acknowledgment.
This international competition aims to recognise excellence by creative professionals in the areas of concept, direction, design and production of the media that is used in digital communication. The AVA Digital Awards have been intended to pay tribute to the history and journey of the audio-visual and web industries.
