First Food Safety and Quality Control Lab
Akshaya Patra has opened its first Food Safety and Quality Control Laboratory (FSQC Lab) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Aimed to evaluate food from farm to plate, the lab has been fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, and high-precision testing instruments.
His Excellency, Mr. Richard Rahul Verma, the US Ambassador to India, visited The Akshaya Patra Foundation’s Vasanthapura kitchen on 4th November 2015. He was joined by Ms. Andie DeArment, Cultural Affairs Officer at the US Consulate General in Chennai
