Primary Skills: Duties and Responsibilities

SEO

  • Increase website traffic: increase traffic to all of Future’s websites via various digital marketing methods. With a main focus on ethical, Organic SEO techniques.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to analyse data for updates to a variety of stakeholders in the online, ad sales, marketing, development and research departments on progress made towards SEO goals.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

  • Monitoring performance metrics to understand organic search performance across multiple global markets and measure the impact of changes.

Increase the organic conversions: increase the donations from TAPF web properties by implementing the SEO methods with focus on ethical, organic.

Maintain standards for the TAPF India websites which includes monitoring and support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure web services and programs function securely and efficiently.

  • Manage the daily support, administration and maintenance of critical Web applications.   
  • Administers all site users and roles for a specific site, including Site Developers, Content Approvers, and Content Creators.
  • Responsible for web pages, maintains content and oversees day-to-day management of the company's internet and intranet websites, and assures integrity of web pages, quality of content and access security.

Other Key Skills:

3+ Year's experience managing SEO search programs.
Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEO / SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.

Primary Skills: Duties and Responsibilities

  • The position will ensure results-based, high standard, timely donor communication material/reports for submission to donors, and strengthen the organization’s relationship with donors. The position will build team’s capacity to service the increasing, successful resource mobilization initiatives, and effectively manage the various strands of the donor reporting process through performing the following functions:
1. Management of Donor result-based Reporting Process
  • Write, revise, copy edit and format results-based donor reports, following Donor Reporting Clearance and Routing process, to produce quality donor reports for timely delivery to donor.
2. Donor Reporting Coordination
  • Track and monitor donor needs and scheduled donor reports 
  • Maintain on-schedule reporting process by coordinating reporting schedule with resource mobilisation team. 
  • Liaise with finance section regarding financial reports and align financial reporting. 
  • Liaise with the concerned department for field level project information
  • Ensure that the necessary actions occur and that donor acknowledgements are drafted and sent. 
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for donors.
3. Management of reporting infrastructure
  • Maintain donor report commitments on line via the Intranet for quick reference by management. 
  • Manage routine donor-related correspondence including due diligence support, donor queries, appreciation letters, seasonal greetings and creatives.

I. Organizational Context

  •  The HNI Manager will assist the General Manager in ensuring continuous improvement in fundraising effectiveness and raising income, in line with fundraising targets to support and develop the organisation’s operational and strategic objectives.
  • The post holder will be responsible for a target each year so as to raise and increase net income and she/he will be an effective member of the fundraising team.
  • It is anticipated and hoped that the nature of the post will change with higher targets and responsibilities as the work continues to develop. Apart from the above roles, the post holder will have an opportunity to increase their skills and develop the job. This is very much a developmental job and the areas of responsibility will increase over a period of time.
  • The main sources/focus of raising funds for this position would be the HNIs. The mechanisms will include donations, events, cause related marketing and much more nationally and internationally.

II. Functions / Key Results Expected

A. Fundraising

  • Contribute to development and successful implementation of fundraising plan for the long-term funding of the organisation
  • Be responsible for the development of HNI initiative of the organisation
  • Adopt various strategies for reaching out to HNI supporters
  • Be responsible for a annual target
