The State Head - Corporate Fund Raising Manager will assist the Senior Management in ensuring continuous improvement in fundraising effectiveness and raising income, in line with fundraising targets to support and develop the organisation’s operational and strategic objectives.

The post holder will be responsible for a target each year so as to raise and increase net income and she/he will be an effective member of the fundraising team. State Head - Corporate Partnerships

Primary Skills:

  • As a person in this position, you will be responsible for developing and running engagement programmes with HNIs in the region. You will create customized communication programmes, design innovative events and identify new avenues for acquisition and retention of High net-worth donors. You will build one-on-one relations with these donors and ensure their passion and commitment to children gets steadily strengthened.Account management for new & existing projects/ kitchens and strategic initiatives.

  • New projects: ongoing and a timely donor updation on the new project and its developments. Liaison with the Internal & external stakeholders during the collation of the updates. i.e departments like Finance, Communications, Project & Infrastructure,, Media-PR etc. Also closely work on the PRable activities along with the in-house & the PR team of the donor of the new project for a greater visibility of the donor Plan a monthly donor newsletter, design the same from Communications team and email on a regular basis to all the major accounts.

  • Execution of the Strategic Initiatives -Expansion of Anganwadis, PAN India

  • Work closely with the Government relations teams, units and ICDS in executing the expansion of the Anganwadi feeding across the country. Travel to units where the Anganwadis are to be expanded. Meetings with the local government relations team & ICDS to ensure the necessary processes in achieving the same.

  • Develop a Project Plan on same with the project tasks on the expansion of the anganwad centres, with timelines and responsibilities. To obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Head and Stakeholders. Ensure communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.

Support the team in Mega Donor connect events

  • Mega Donor connect events. Having hands on experience in the said assignments, to support the team as and when required in terms of the event flow, discussions with event management companies and participation on the day of the events.

HNI donors/ Delegate visits
