4 to 5 Yrs of experience in Corporate Sales, Advertising or NGO - Corporate Fund Raising

Primary Skills:A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Marketing, New Business Development and Resource Planning.

Corporate Engagement:Developed strong relationship with large Corporates , Engagement with multi-national & Indian Corporate & NGO organizations to develop and implement strategies in Corporate Social Responsibility, business development and social innovation Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy Development & Implementation.Pre-sales & Front end Business Development ,Client & Team Management ,Business Leadership & Management .

The main sources/focus of raising funds for this position would be the corporate sector. The mechanisms will include grants, donations, events, cause related marketing, employee giving and much more nationally and internationally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fundraising

  • Contribute to development and successful implementation of fundraising plan for the long-term funding of the organisation

  • Be responsible for the development of Corporate Partnerships initiative of the organisation and concentrate on Karnataka.

  • Adopt various strategies for reaching out to Corporate supporters

  • Be responsible for annual target

  • Maintain control over budgeted expenditure

The post holder will be responsible for a target each year so as to raise and increase net income and she/he will be an effective member of the fundraising team. It is anticipated and hoped that the nature of the post will change with higher targets and responsibilities as the work continues to develop. Apart from the above roles, the post holder will have an opportunity to increase their skills and develop the job. This is very much a developmental job and the areas of responsibility will increase over a period of time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A science graduate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience in SMM (Social and digital media )

  • Formulating social media plan/strategy, creating profiles, pages, accounts, Implementing across all social assets.

  • Executing all social media activities i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, and increasing social reach.

  • Measuring the impact of social media, analytics & reporting.

  • Responsible for brand communication on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn.

  • Responsible for content marketing across the range of digital assets (including but not restricted to creation of infographics, blogs, videos, podcasts, articles).

  • Experience in creating content and posting it on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

  • Strategic thinker, with strong grasp of major social media platforms and how to apply them to achieve brand goals

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal who understands the interaction between strategy, content and audience management

  • Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand strategy

  • Maintain oversight of overall community management and development of the social media calendar as well as provide creative briefs in order to guide in the development of social assets

  • Lead the planning, creation and communication of overall social strategies and weekly and monthly content performance of organization.

  • Contributes to and supports search and social media marketing efforts through Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and more

  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and success of content, measuring actual results against desired outcomes

  • Responsible for day-to-day creation of content and campaign presentations and contributing objectives, highlights and opportunities of all monthly and campaign reports .

  • Deep understanding of best practices for interactive content writing and the unique challenges involved in optimizing for different audiences

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to work well in teams and solve for content to represent the brand and audience insights?

  • Identify KPI’s for ongoing and campaign initiatives—analyze findings based on benchmark goals and apply learnings for future initiatives

  • Defines, prioritizes and manages the implementation of and timelines for social campaigns across the Content & Social team to align with marketing campaigns

  • Manages external agencies regarding social media campaign requirements, including creative specifications, artwork preparation, schedules, and delivery dates.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and drive projects forward

  • Must be highly organized, flexible, with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • The position will be reporting to AGM.
