The Talent Magnet Project was launched to make Akshaya Patra a Future Ready Organisation. When implemented in letter and spirit, Talent Magnet will provide Akshaya Patra with fresh and bright young minds while carving out a long-term future for them in the organisation. Talent Magnet will not only help individuals grow, but will also help the sector with new and innovative solutions for social good.

For Interns

We have a comprehensive 2-month internship programme where interns will begin with a structured virtual induction centred around the values of Akshaya Patra. They will also get trained in-depth about the organisation and the related project.

The interns will undergo the projects under the following domains:

• Digital Marketing and Social Marketing Management
• Decision Support Systems (Be a part of the CEO’s office or finance department)
• HR, Organisation Design and Strategy (Performance Management and Process Automation)
• Digital Transformation (Digital Marketing)
• Partnerships and Engagement (BD/Sales/Fundraising)
• Operations Management (Food Tech, Food SC, Quality and SCM)
• Volunteering
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Sustainability
• Campaign Management
