Other terms & conditions

  1. Payment Terms- Advance % against BG only
  2. Project Lead Time as per BOQ-
  3. Quote Validity – 60 Days from the date of quote.
  4. Scope of Work – Trunkey Basis as per the vendor note & BOQ
  5. MTC- As per the note & attached make.
  6. LD Charges – 0.5% to 5% per week total project/PO value
  7. Retention :- 5% will be hold from each RA bill and can be released after 12 month of duration

Note - Vendor to submit Handover documents after work completion as required by Site In charge

Special Remarks :- Water & Electricity/power arrangement is in vendor scope. (TAPF will not pay any water & electricity charges)

Special Notes to Vendor to fulfil the Project :
1 This is turnkey Project which includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Incl handover in all aspects.
2 Electricity connection - The construction power (temporary electrical connection) from local Electricity board will be coordinated and provided by TAPF and single point connection shall be provided at construction site with submeter. However, the usage and consumption of electricity necessary charges/electricity bill to be paid by contractor within stipulated time at EB for interrupted power supply and avoid any penalty for late submission of billed amount. The Contractor shall have to make his own arrangement at his own cost during the period of power cut / interruptions/stoppages of power by EB for any reason to carry out the works as per schedule.
3 Construction water arrangement will be in Contractor scope .
4 Billing shall be as per RA Bill SOP of TAPF
5 Material should be as per approved list of make followed by QMP, Specs and design defined.
6 Dedicated Project Manager/Site In charge (Capable as per site requirement )including supporting staff should be deployment throughout the project
7 Vendor to study the drawings/GFC and notify to TAPF if any items left out in the given BOQ .
9 NT Items Or Additional Qualities apart from the issued PO , should not be executed without TAPF apporval. In case if that executes without TAPF approval, contractor shall be eligible to claim.
10 Contractor is responsible to demonstrate testing and commissioning in present of TAPF engineers and stage wise testing reports to be signed off
11 Contractor to follow TAPF Quality and Safety requirements at site.
The same includes checklist management system and Basic PPE at site.
QMP and Safety Guideline attached and ensure to provide signoff after PO issuance and shall be followed at site during the course of execution .
12 Vendor to submit MTC, Test report for all the material as per QMP and 3rd party test when and if required. This shall be done in accordance to QMP plan. Third party test if mentioned should be carried out by vendor to prove the quality of material in line with the expectation.
13 Any discrepancy/clarity not available in BOQ ,IS code can be referred and shall be treated as final
14 Project timeline should be adhered. Delay shall attribute to penalty clause as per PO terms
