TAPF (The Akshayapatra Foundation)is releasing a tender call for qualified Interior Agencies as per
below given PQ Criteria which are a must

Brief Scope of Work: Complete Interior works for office including insulated partition walls and
frameless/framed/toughened glass doors, laminations, modular furniture, projectors, recessed lights,
wall hangings etc. complete. Work will be in levels from Ground to Second floor. Material Lift will be
provided .This shall be complete SITC works with loading, unloading, transportation, lifting,
shifting, boarding, lodging, scaffolding etc. in all aspect.

Financial Criteria

1. Average Annual T/O of the company shall not be less than 1.0 Cr in last three FY (FY 2021-2022,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 – Any three consecutive) (Mandatory)
2. They should be a profit making company in last three FY (FY 2021-2022,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 – Any three consecutive) (Mandatory)
3. They should be registered under relevant category of services and should have a history of not less 10 years in the industry(Mandatory)
4. They shall provide copy of POA (Power of Attorney) or authorized person to sign on contracts for the registered company for proof (Desirable)
5. The company shall preferably provide an Solvency certificate for a minimum value of 1 Cr from a scheduled or Nationalised Bank ( Not mandatory)

Technical/ Experience Criteria

1. They should produce Work Completion Certificates at least 5 nos in last 5 years for similar nature projects (Similar projects means office interiors and fit out works) including material purchase to the tune of not less than 50 lakhs completed in not more than 90-120 days. Work completion certificates of atleast 5-8 older works also may be presented to the value not less than 35 lakhs in one order to show work completion experience of the company.
2. The agencies should have completed atleast 10 years in the similar industry and shall have work orders /completion certificates shown in this period for works in similar nature
3. Atleast

• 1 work completed to the tune of 35 lakhs in not more than 6 months time of work completion period or
• or two works of value 30 lakhs in Corporate interiors
•  or three works in 25 lakhs in Corporate Interiors
• same category and in not older than last 7 years.

Completion certificates shall be presented

1. Tenderer shall provide their Organisation Structure and list of employees and their qualifications

Bid clearance

Contractors who clear the mandatory pre-qualification criteria only will be considered for opening of Price bids. Commercial Price bids shall not be sent by Email and only by digital tendering platform

Price bids sent by Email or sent without adding Technical Documentation will not be qualified for Price Bid Opening.
