Special Terms & Conditions are as follow;

Special Notes to Vendor to fulfil the Project :
1 This is for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning.
2 Electricity connection -  Under contractor scope
3 Water Connection – Under Contractor scope
4 Billing shall be as per RA Bill SOP of TAPF. Billing shall be done as per actual quantities being installed.
5 Material should be as per approved list of make followed by QMP, Specs and design defined.
6 Dedicated Project Manager/Site In charge (Capable as per site requirement )including supporting staff should be deployment throughout the project – This is mandatory
7 Vendor to study the drawings/GFC and notify to TAPF if any items left out in the given BOQ .
8 NT Items Or Additional Qualities apart from the issued PO , should not be executed without TAPF approval. In case if that executes without TAPF approval, contractor shall not be eligible to claim. No rate revision shall be entertained post issuance of PO. Contractor to read all terms & conditions and tender documents while submission of proposal.
9 Contractor is responsible to demonstrate testing and commissioning in present of TAPF engineers and stage wise testing reports to be signed off

Contractor to follow TAPF Quality and Safety requirements at site.

The same includes checklist management system and Basic PPE at site.

QMP and Safety Guideline attached and ensure to provide signoff after PO issuance and shall be followed at site during the course of execution .

11 Vendor to submit MTC, Test report for all the material as per QMP and 3rd party test when and if required. This shall be done in accordance to QMP plan.Third party test if mentioned should be carried out by vendor to prove the quality of material in line with the expectation.
12 Any discrepancy/clarity not available in BOQ ,IS code can be referred and shall be treated as final
13 Project Timeline as per agreed during order finalization. Delay shall attract to the penalty clause.
14 Retention Amount of 5% will be hold from each RA bill and can be released after 12 month of duration
15 Vendor to submit Handover documents after work completion as required by Site In charge
16 For detailed T&C, please go through technical & Commercial GCC & SCC documents.  
17 Labour hutment shall not be allowed to construct inside project premises due to compliance issue. Hence contractor to take care of its arrangements outside of premises.
18 The quantities given in the BOQ is indicative. Any variations shall be claimed as per the approved joint measurement sheets approved by Client/appointed PMC.
19 Make list, Quality and Safety guidelines to be referred while providing proposal and doing execution of this project.
